MANILA, Philippines – Most of Luzon will still experience rains due to the prevailing southwest monsoon or ‘habagat’, the weather bureau said on Friday. Zambales and Bataan will experience occasional rains. Scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecast across Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, the rest of Central Luzon, and Antique.
