Barzaga expelled from House for ‘disruptive,’ ‘disorderly’ behavior

On Tuesday, lawmakers voted to expel Cavite 4th District Rep. Kiko Barzaga over “disruptive” and “disorderly” behavior, making him the first in nearly three years to be expelled from the House of Representatives.
