CEBU CITY, Philippines — A 21-year-old college student was fatally stabbed by her ex-boyfriend inside a boarding house in Barangay Poblacion, Sibonga, Cebu, on Saturday morning, August 1. The victim was declared dead at the scene, while the suspect, who allegedly stabbed himself after the attack, survived and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
