MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan on Wednesday ordered Sen. Rodante Marcoleta‘s transfer to the New Quezon City Jail, Associate Justice Karl Miranda said. Miranda said the court issued the order after the Philippine General Hospital found that Marcoleta had recovered from mild pneumonia, while the Philippine National Police General Hospital declared him fit to travel.
