BOC to offer 4 seized Discaya vehicles for negotiated sale on April 30

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) said Friday that four luxury vehicles seized from contractor couple Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya will be offered for negotiated sale after failing to sell in previous public auctions.
