BUTUAN CITY — A rescued female Green Sea Turtle was released back to sea in Carrascal, Surigao del Sur. In a statement on Friday, the local government unit (LGU) of Carrascal said the marine turtle was found by a deputized fish warden (Bantay Dagat) while conducting a routine seaborne patrol along the town’s coastline on Thursday.
