MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) said it arrested a national most wanted person during a manhunt operation in Misamis Occidental. In a statement issued on Wednesday, July 8, operatives of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Misamis Occidental Field Unit found alias ‘Pete’ who has been evading arrest for 32 years
