MANILA, Philippines — Former AnaKalusugan Rep. Mike Defensor was arrested by the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday for plunder. Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla announced that aside from the congressman, police have also arrested businessman Joseph Espiritu.
