SAMAL, Bataan — Twenty-two families or 78 persons were evacuated from Barangay San Juan here on Saturday as floodwaters rose to about 4 feet amid continuing heavy rains. Municipal Administrator Jay Sammy Lat mobilized village watchmen and volunteers from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office to assist residents of the flood-prone farming community.
