MANILA – Few tropical cyclones are expected to develop or enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the last quarter of the year, but some could intensify into typhoons or super typhoons. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is expecting one to two tropical cyclones each for October, November and December.
