CEBU CITY, Philippines — A 58-year-old woman was arrested during an entrapment operation in Consolacion, Cebu, after allegedly offering a ₱40-million parcel of land for sale without authorization. Alias “Fannie,” a businesswoman from Ronda, Cebu, was arrested at around 2:45 p.m. on Friday, September 18, at Five E Plastic in Sitio Libo, Barangay Tayod, Consolacion.
